South African born Greg Smith the Goldman Sachs veep in derivatives sales resigned in a blistering letter of resignation which found its way into the New York Times and left a lot of red faces among Goldman Sachs employees who evidently mockingly call their clients charming names like “muppets”… which is a derogatory term in some places.. and openly bragged about ripping off their clients.

Although Goldman Sachs were quick to deny such an allegation, this comes at a bad time for Wall Street denizens who are working hard to get rid of the image of being far removed from the reality of Joe Sixpack who far outnumber everyone else and conceiveably carry a lot more voting clout.

Twitter and other social media has been ablaze with tweets concerning these allegations, as can be expected, and the veep himself is being lampooned  by some.
